Mini Necklace Bust

I ended up at TJ Maxx again the other night! I went looking for some Christmas gifts. Of course, I found more stuff for myself than anything else! That always happens at that damn store! Geesh! Anyway, you might remember that Lorelei and I went shopping there when I was visiting her in New York, last weekend. She blogged about these cool jewelry trays we found. I haven't gotten any of those trays for myself...YET, but I did pick up this cute mini necklace bust!
I thought it would be great for display and possibly taking photographs of delicate necklaces. I think it's great, except it might be hard to tell the scale of a piece in a photo, since it's a mini bust. Hmmm...I don't know. What do you guys think?
At the very least, it looks cute holding a few necklaces on my beading table!!!

  1. Love the mini bust, I def. need to get one for myself and I loved those trays too.
Glad you had fun with Lorelei and that her sucky comments didn't ruin the weekend. How's life as a new mommy? Hardest and bestest job ever!?!

  3. I love it.I love the bare cloth showing and the wood. It is absolutely wonderful. Wish I had seen one when I was there last week. But I did find these wonderful hangers with 66 jewelry compartment on them.

  4. I like the mini necklace bust. Deryn Mentock recently blogged about some half scale dress forms available at Steinmart. I went out and got one yesterday. Good to know TJM has some too. And I love that pink necklace :)

  5. I have to tell you that I was at Tj's today and they had that mini bust on clearance so I had to get one (they only had one) and they had the boxes which are just beautiful, I got some small one's too they will be great as gifts or on my small shelves at the salon (I own a salon where I do nails).
Thanks for the great ideas. I am always looking for new display ideas but don't get to shop much since my daughter was born.
