Color Me Happy Necklace/Wrap DIY TUTORIAL

Hello! I'm extremely excited about this new jewelry tutorial designed for Happy Mango Beads. It's a necklace, it's a wrap bracelet and it's the perfect accessory for Summer. The beads and materials for the project are inexpensive, but the quality is wonderful. I'm very impressed with the beads I received from Happy Mango Beads. I'll be back for more, no doubt.

This jewelry piece is colorful, versatile and lots of fun. It just makes me feel all happy-sunshiny-day. :) I want to jump up and shout Woooo Hooo! I love color and I love Summertime. If this project doesn't scream happiness for love, life and beads, I don't know what does. Enjoy.

Rhinestone Leather Wrap Tutorial

I'm really excited to share my latest tutorial for Ornamentea.com! The Rhinestone Leather Wrap is my design for December. This is a great versatile piece that can be worn multiple ways. First, it can wrap 5 times around the wrist. Second, it can be worn as a long necklace and third, it can be worn as a double strand necklace. It's red and sparkly and perfect for the holiday season. A perfect accessory to wear to a party. There's still time to order supplies and this project whips up quickly. Click the photos or the link above to be taken to the free project on the Ornamentea website.

Arm Party

Today, I'm participating in the Bloggers Do it Better: Arm Party! Not sure what an "Arm Party" is? Check out the Arm Party challenge post by Pretty Shiny Sparkly. Pretty Shiny Sparkly.com is a fashion and personal style blog authored by Kristina. I stumbled upon her blog a few days ago. I really love her "Bloggers Do it Better" concept. Her latest "Arm Party"challenge is jewelry related so I HAD to jump on board! Right? How could I let this opportunity pass without throwing on a few bracelets I've been making AND wearing lately? I just LOVE the stacked and layered bracelet trend that is so hot right now.

If you happen to be a DIY fashionista, you can find the step-by-step tutorial for the peace bracelet on my blog right here. You can also find a video tutorial to make a similar linen and silver bead wrap bracelet on my friend, Tracy Statler's Make Bracelets blog. The leather and beaded dangle wrap bracelet, I will be debuting a version of this bracelet soon in an upcoming jewelry collection, so stay tuned for that....but for now hop around and enjoy all the arm candy on the Bloggers Do it Better: Arm Party!
